This Calculator can be used by existing members of the Growth Plan and for employees who are contemplating joining the Plan, whose employer currently participates or will soon participate in the Growth Plan.

At present, contribution and benefit limits used in this Calculator are based on our understanding of existing HM Revenue and Customs guidelines.

The calculator is quick and easy to use. Simply fill in the required fields and the calculator will display the figures for your projection.

Please note that the actual pension you receive will be affected by future changes in things like interest rates, inflation, investment growth and the annual bonus awarded by The Pensions Trust. This means that we have to make some assumptions about the future based on what we know today.
