The Pensions Trust's Schemes Making the Grade with Employees
Issued on: 17 March 2011
The Pensions Trust, one of the leading multi-employer occupational pension funds in the UK for the Third Sector, announces that 28 employers within its schemes have been listed in the 2011 Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work in the Public and Charity Sectors.*
The Sunday Times newspaper has published annual lists of the best companies to work for in the UK since 2001. It ranks Britain’s best companies to work for based on a number of criteria, with staff satisfaction surveys playing a key role. Every year the prestige of the list builds with the award being highly valued by its winners, making this the competition that every organisation wants to be involved in.
Stephen Nichols, Chief Executive of The Pensions Trust said: “The Pensions Trust looks after the pension schemes of 28 companies within the 2011 Sunday Times Best Companies list, and it is really encouraging to see that employees of these companies regard the pension they hold with us so highly. At The Pensions Trust, it is of the utmost importance to us to ensure that all of our schemes provide exactly what employers need, and we will continue to strive to maintain and improve our efforts.”
