Jacki Johnston - Account Support Executive

Jacki Johnston joined The Pensions Trust in January 1996 as Edinburgh’s Final Salary Team Leader. She has worked in a variety of roles (Technical, Training, Business Development, Assistant to the Chief Executive), and joined the Customer Relations Team in May 2007. Prior to joining the Trust, Jacki worked at Noble Lowndes (now Mercer) and LGPS.

Jacki has a degree in English Literature, a diploma in management and is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI).
