Billy Wheeler joined The Pensions Trust in April 2000 as a Benefit Administrator. Following various promotions he was appointed to the role of Customer Relations Manager in February 2008, having previously been employed in the role of Account Manager.
Prior to joining the Trust, Billy’s early career included public sector pension scheme experience, including several years with Merseyside Pension Fund, in a variety of pensions administration roles.
Billy has a Geography degree and a Masters degree in transport planning from Leeds University. He is an Associate member of the Pensions Management Institute (APMI).
