Welcome to the Board of Directors
The Pensions Trust is governed by a Trustee Company called 'Verity Trustees Limited'. There are currently 13 Board of Directors (all non-executive) – six elected by members and six elected by employers and one co-opted by the elected Directors.
One Director from each constituency must retire each year – thus effectively the normal period of service is usually five years. Retiring Directors may seek re-election until they have completed ten continuous years of service.
